Delivery

We currently offer a standard delivery service.

Standard delivery is charged at the price listed in each individual product listing. We will deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

Please be aware that some of our products are delivered directly from our suppliers – these items may take longer to be delivered than our normal delivery service. For full delivery information on each item, please refer to the product detail page.

Returns Promise

Phonics Fun is happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt ( excludes delivery charges)*, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.

*If any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion all items must be returned.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not been despatched or within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at ‘contact us’ or call our Customer Services team 01892 548132. We will refund the cost of your order including delivery charge if the order has not been despatched or you have informed us of the cancellation within 8 working days of the receipt of goods. You must pay for the return postage.

All Phonics Fun payments use PayPal

PayPal is an alternative method of payment to simply purchasing with a credit or debit card. You register your credit card or bank account details with PayPal, your details are held with them and you shop with us as normal.

How do I shop with Phonics Fun using PayPal?

  • Find and select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your basket.
  • Proceed through the checkout and select ‘Pay with PayPal’ on the ‘billing & payment’ section.
  • Log in to your PayPal account, confirm the details and select ‘Pay Now’.
  • You will then be redirected back to the Phonics Fun website for your order confirmation.

Do I need to have a credit or debit card to pay with PayPal?

You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account.

What if I have paid via PayPal and want to return an item for a refund to Phonics Fun?

Please contact us on 01892 325220 or simply follow the returns procedure explained on the ‘returns and exchanges ‘ page and we’ll process the refund into your PayPal account. Your refund must be processed through Phonics Fun rather than PayPal directly.

I paid for my Phonics Fun order via PayPal but there is a problem with my order, who should I contact?
